  35. How it works:
  36. -------------
  37. This application has 3 modes:
  38.  
  39. First) Setup mode
  40. Location: normally where You install CDStart
  41. If You run CDStart, it will show You a setup for CD profiles.
  42. There You could administrate Your CD profiles. Create new,
  43. load old, save to disk, validate, preview and generate
  44. a CD root. The files (images, document, icon etc.) can be located
  45. anywhere on the system and CDStart will collect them for the CD root.
  46.  
  47. Second) Root CD
  48. Location: normally on CD, or any kind of folder on disk
  49. In this mode there is a subfolder named "cdstart" which
  50. includes INI file (with the CD settings) and other files.
  51. It automatically shows the configured CD root.
  52. Every CD root includes:
  53. A) Three buttons
  54.    1) Run a program
  55.    2) Show a document with own RTF viewer
  56.    3) Close the program
  57. B) Additional text (like "Version 1.04" etc.)

  59. Third) Multiboot CD
  60. Location: normally on CD, or any kind of folder on disk
  61. This mode is very similar to previous mode with one difference.
  62. In the "cdstart" subfolder are more that one INI file.
  63. In this case appears special window with the list of all compatible
  64. INI settigns and You can choose which one You want to run. You can
  65. go through all of them.

  67. Last) Command Line parameter
  68. You can use this with parameter, where the parameter must be only
  69. .CSI file, which is a CD profile.

  71. Requirements:
  72. -------------
  73. - A VB5 file (MSVBVM50.DLL) in windows system folder.
  74. - Registered OCX component RICHTX32.OCX (normally on all Windows systems).
  75.   It could happen, this OCX is not correctly installed. If it's present, just
  76.   register it with "regsvr32 c:\windows\system\richtx32.ocx" command. If not,
  77.   cop included version to "c:\windows\system" and (again) register it.

  81. Unzip this to any directory You want.
